Refund policy
An order may be eligible for a return if the item arrives faulty, defective, with additional faults or you have received the incorrect product. Our products are only deemed faulty if conditions were not specified at point of sale, minor faults are deemed repairable at our discretion. Otherwise a replacement at the same value or less, refund or credit will be processed in compensation.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
To ensure you are able to receive the product you want, you are able to request for an exchange of the item you have received with another product available. If the exchange request has been accepted, we will contact you to confirm return of the original product. Please note an exchange item will not be dispatched until the original item has been received.
The selected product chosen for exchange must be of the same, or lesser value. Please note that these will be reviewed on a case by case basis, and may accept or decline an exchange request at our discretion.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
